Results are shown on a scale from 1 to 100, like a percentile score. This shows whether the person falls below, around, or above the reference group for their age.
Three ranges are used to make the results easier to read:
1–40 · Low
41–70 · Medium
71–100 · High
Red marks skills to develop, yellow skills to strengthen, and green skills to enrich. A higher score means a higher level of development or management of that skill.
On the Aggression and Shyness scales the reading is reversed: low scores mean better management, while high scores suggest greater risk and need observation and support.
The instrument assesses three broad skill sets (personal development, interpersonal bonds, and life skills), organized into specific sub-skills, plus interpersonal communication and adaptation to change.
